CreteSync ("we", "us") provides preconstruction bid-intelligence software for commercial construction subcontractors. This policy describes what we collect and how we handle it, for both this website and the CreteSync application.
This site is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and collects nothing. If you email us, we receive what you send and use it only to respond.
The application processes construction business data on behalf of its tenants:
Each tenant's data belongs to that tenant. It is stored with tenant-scoped access rules enforced at the database layer, is never shared with other tenants, and is never used to serve other tenants.
CreteSync runs on Google Cloud Platform (including Firebase and the Gemini API) under their enterprise terms. Data is processed by these providers solely to operate the service.
Where a tenant connects a Google account (for example, Gmail-based ingestion), CreteSync's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access is used only to provide the bid-intelligence features the tenant enabled, and can be revoked at any time from the tenant's Google account settings.
Tenant data is retained while the tenancy is active. On request, or at termination of a tenancy, tenant data is deleted from production systems within 30 days, subject to legal holds and standard backup cycles.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authenticated, authorized users of the owning tenant and to operations personnel with a need to operate the service.
